How an idea earns its place: signal lanes, the cash-fortress gate, a 100-point score, a red team and source checks.

- Signal lanes. Earnings transcripts, government contracts, policy, SEC filings and bottleneck maps run in parallel.
- Cash-fortress gate. Net cash, free cash flow and cash conversion.
- Score. A 100-point asymmetry rubric. Below 70, an idea does not reach the board.
- Red team. A skeptic, a pragmatist and a critic try to kill it. Survivors get triggers to add and to exit.
- Verify. No unsourced numbers. Every figure ties back to a filing, a print or a dated source.
